Return Policy (Final Sale)
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on Ombré Noir are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Please include your order number and clear photos/video of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an item is confirmed to be defective/damaged or incorrectly shipped, and a replacement is not available. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (timing may vary by bank or card issuer).
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will honor that right.
