How long does order processing take?
Orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to process before they ship. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Where can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated yet, allow the carrier time to scan the package.
Do you offer free shipping?

Melting Watch styles have the signature fluid case shape. Phantom styles feel cleaner and more minimal. Warped and Jubilee styles focus on dial shape, polished metal, and bracelet presence.
How should I choose gold or silver?
Choose gold for a warmer look and silver for a sharper, cooler finish. Both pair well with black, white, denim, and neutral outfits.
