Our mobile message program

Ombré Noir offers an optional promotional text message program. If you enter your mobile number and expressly opt in through our text signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us about new releases and private offers at the number you provide. Signing up for texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ombré Noir does not charge for texts, but your mobile provider may charge you under your plan. Please contact your provider about its rates.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any text from Ombré Noir to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP to a text from us for assistance, or email support@ombrenoir.ca. If your mobile number changes, please opt in again with the new number.

Program updates and privacy

We may change the sending number or modify or end the program. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. For information about how we handle your mobile information and consent, see our Privacy Policy.
